"Staff friendly"

"This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮‍💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious. Breakfast staff (elderly man), was really sweet and helpful! The hotel stored our luggage in the morning while we went on a tour. Location was right smack on the pedestrian strip that could take you to Old Jerusalem in minutes, by foot. Many shopping and dining options close by and that closed late! There was heavy construction going around the hotel, however no noise could be heard 7:30 pm onwards. The room was spacious! "

"Great communication with Joseph and his team as we neared our arrival time. We were met right away outside and escorted to our room. Instructed on how to use the codes for entry and exit during our stay, and introduced to the housekeeper and shown coffee lounge. Clean rooms, equipped with nespresso coffee machine and variety of water bottles. Very attentive staff, great host. Loved the bottle of wine waiting for us, chocolates with our towels Any time we needed anything the response was quick and efficient. Great location for walking to all our destinations in Jerusalem. Highly recommend this lovely Boutique Hotel. And we would definitely return for another stay. "

"The hotel is centrally located and easy access to restaurants, shops, buses, the light rail, and anything you could really want. I stayed on the 6th floor and there was no noise at all from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was terrific! The second night of my stay a high school group stayed at the hotel. They were making a bit of noise, so I called the front desk. The staff were supportive and took care of the problem. There was no further incidents with the students. On my last day, Nissim, at the front desk helped me get a taxi, even though he was swamped due to having a full house. He was exceptionally helpful. I would stay at this hotel again."
