Great location. Good hotel. Fabulous room. Nice staff. Very clean. The only point I note is there are no English TV channels. No big deal but it would be nice when relaxing in the room.

Good value, location. Hotel a bit “tired”

Hotel has all amenities but is a bit “tired”. Was relatively clean. Breakfast is outstanding. Location is perfect …. Easy walk or light-rail ride to train and bus station, old city, restaurants, shopping. It needs updating but the value is good. Rooms are small but that’s typical in Jerusalem.

Functional and clean

Close to Light train, Old Town and other sights. Reception staff more bored than friendly, Wifi in room was quite bad but the room was functional, clean and served its purpose for a few nights. Breakfast was large.

Very basic hotel. Basic breakfast. Nothing unusual. They didn’t pass the omelette test. We had to ask twice for someone to clean our room. Finally someone showed up at 9PM. I will look for another property next time I’m in Jerusalem

This was a great hotel - clean,friendly staff, good breakfasts, lots of restaurants around, etc. However there was construction happening sometimes during the night that was very noisy and kept us awake. The worst though was the WIFI. We have a business to run back home when we travel and for a week we were lucky if we had slow very limited WIFI for maybe two of the days. Very disappointing.

Second visit to this Hotel, we went back as it is in such a brilliant position in Jerusalem. Apart from the staff who cleaned the rooms, who were all friendly, the rest of the people we dealt with in the hotel were all unhelpful & miserable. We were more or less ignored after initial check in, never a hello or goodbye when we passed the reception desk, Each time we asked them something, such as ordering a cab, they were miserable & acted like we were an inconvenience! Will choose somewhere else next time.

LRTのJaffaCenter駅から3分、Central Bus Terminalへ4駅、旧市街へ1駅又は徒歩15分と超便利。部屋もきれいで冷蔵庫、湯沸かし器あり。朝食は7時から10時で、ブッフェ方式で種類も多い。出発が早い時は、前日朝伝えておけば朝食boxを用意しておいてくれる。ロビーに飲料水タンク。 スタッフはフレンドリーではないが、眼科病院の場所を調べてくれ、タクシーもよんでくれた。次回も滞在したい。 Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from LRT Jaffa Center station, 4 stations to Central Bus Terminal and 1 station or 15 minutes walk to Old City. The room is clean with refrigerator and tea making machine. Breakfast is served between 7 and 10 in a buffet style with good choice. When you leave early in the morning, if you inform one day in advance, breakfast box is prepared. Staff members are not overly friendly, but at least provided me with necessary information, ie the information on eye hospital and taxi. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time.

Breakfast was really good. No internet for 2 of the 3 days we were there and then was spotty connection when we had it. We actually took our computers and had to work at a nearby restaurant just to have internet all days. Front desk staff was not helpful when a water leak fried a computer on the desk. Our door was only door that card access "broke" and they couldn't access the DVR for video coverage to see if/when cleaning staff/maintenance was in room. Rooms were small and you can hear your neighbor everytime they move. Overall bad experience in all 4 rooms for our 4 travelers.

Nightmare from beginning to end

The worst experience ever! When I checked in, I specifically asked if their wifi was working...they lied and said yes. Once I got settled in, wifi was not working- lost an entire day of work, couldn't rebook because I had no access to wifi. Had to go to another hotel to use their wifi and rebook my stay at another hotel in middle of the night. Hotel is refusing to refund my money- horrible, the worst stay of my night. Terrible

El hotel es un poco viejo pero con excelente ubicación. El check todo bien. El trato del personal es muy malo. Además no nos dejaron dejar el auto ni 5 min mas de las 11 am del día del check-out, ni el equipaje, muy mal servicio!
