"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. "I stayed as I was catching a flight from SEN, I was very impressed with how clean and well presented the rooms and the hotel in general were. Comfortable bed, I slept very well. Food was lovely, fish and chips. Great view of the airport from the restaurant and bar on the 5th floor. Only a couple of minutes walk to catch the flight. Also handy for other alternative to the restaurant, McDonald's right opposite, and a range of shops at the outlet right opposite too. Easy to get to, easy to find. Pleasant to stay in. I will stay again when using SEN again. First class right across the facilities offered on site, and handy for the retail opportunities not found within the little airport."
