"The price for the hotel was amazing, great value, and overall I was well pleased with the hotel and the room. Also, the staff both in the evening and morning were 5 stars plus, very friendly and attentive. What was a concern to me was while walking in the hallways the wallpaper appeared worn out and what was not cool was our bathroom door had the paint pealing off of it [I tried to convince my wife and son that it was actually a part of a design on the door]."

"Although the Westin was away from the city, we found the area of Elk Grove to be really nice with many places to eat and get coffee. It was a bit slower pace which we appreciate. It has a nice restaurant inside and a snack/coffee shop. The staff was very attentive if you needed anything. "

"The room was very spacious and very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, just basic choices compared to most I have stayed at buy the cost of our stay was very good value."

"Excellent friendly staff. Loved the breakfast options that were different everyday of my stay. Only inconvenience was that there was no microwave in rooms. They have only one small microwave in business center on first floor. They need to upgrade that and get a bigger better one."
