"It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money."

"Located in a quiet street just a short walk from the railway station, the beach, and the town. Check-in was simple and efficient, with probably one of the friendliest and welcoming greetings I've ever had. The single room is nice (I had to move, thanks to a very loud, foul mouthed, and extremely selfish guest in the room above), but the double is absolutely wonderful! Very spacious, well appointed, beautifully quiet, and exceptionally clean. If I'm ever back in Skegness, I wouldn't hesitate to re-book here. Highly recommended."

"This is a lovely property which was safe for our group of 3 adults, a 6 year old, a toddler and a crawling baby. It is ideally situated close enough to the beach and seaside attractions and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. There were safety gates on the stairs and a high chair and travel cot provided - although the cot mattress was too small. And a non-slip mat in the bath would have been useful. The kitchen diner was well equipped but we did have to provide consumables like washing up liquid, tea towels, cloths, surface spray, extra toilet rolls - luckily there are supermarkets very close by. But we were disappointed these were not provided especially considering the price we paid. It was mostly clean except for lots of crumbs, etc, under the cushions in the lounge. We had a lovely time at the house and would recommend it, especially if these small adjustments are made."
