"The breakfast buffet was absolutely abysmal. Eggs were inedible, the orange juice had run out (which is especially noteworthy since I was there at 6:30am), potatoes were tasteless. I didn't try out the pancake maker though. To leave, there was a gate code required. The gate code did not work 2 out of 3 times I tried to use it, which necessitated me having to depart through the entrance gate. In my first room, the AC did not work, and after setting the AC to 64 and returning 2 hours later the room remained at 78 degrees. I needed to request a new room, which wound up on a different floor, which was away from my colleagues. The staff I encountered was perfectly nice."

"I cannot give this hotel a good review I. That I could have been seriously injured as I walked into this hotel. I arrived in a rain storm. They had painted the stones outside the lobby with poly urethane. I fell . There inadequate warning how slick the walk way was. The staff did help me up. But I am a senior and fell like this could sustain my health. I hit my head and the left arm. I was given a ziplock bag for ice."

"When Delta completely let us down, and I mean completely, at least Sheraton was there. We aren’t big travelers, so when I found out I was going to have to miss an extra day of work that I could ill afford for multiple reasons, (I had no idea the airline would pick up the tab…it’s happened to us a couple other times and they’ve just smiled, waved and said, “Sorry guys, we’ll see you tomorrow!”👋 I was looking for something close to the airport… Long story short, I had to pay, but I wasn’t mad. I got a good sleep and believe me, I needed it for the day that followed…🙄"

"This hotel was closed when I tried to check in. There was a number posted on the door to call for assistance with check-in after their hours which was like 8:00 p.m.. they never answered my call or returned a call. I ended up having to stand outside in a very dangerous neighborhood for an hour. Waiting for a return call and then an Uber to go to a friend's house. It was the worst experience ever. I'm not comfortable paying for an Uber that I shouldn't have to have paid for because I should have been staying in a hotel. I need a reimbursement for the Uber and the hotel!"
