Room was clean and spacious as well as the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The staff was really friendly and super helpful! I love the property, it’s one of my favorite places to stay when visiting. I’m still on the fence about the paid parking though.

Assuming you’re coming/going from the airport- no shuttle needed! The Sky Train gets you there easily and free in ~10 minutes. Our room was very clean and well maintained, super quiet ( no AC noise!). The staff was friendly and efficient and check out is 12:00, which is a plus when you have an afternoon flight out as we did.

The staff was amazing. I met Montana at the front desk she was so professional and courteous. She made my stay exceptional. I would go back because of her service. Also the food was delicious. The shuttle service was so convenient.

Convenient location to car rental, typical hotel room, clean & quiet, bed a little uncomfortable for me, staff really helpful and friendly. Overall a good choice for a brief overnight after arriving although the relatively easy journey from international terminal took a little longer/was a bit further than expected.

The AC Hotel is very convenient especially if you’re attending a convention. The rooms are spacious and although it’s near airport you can get a good nights rest without noise. Also, staff are friendly and helpful and kind. Everything was well stocked in lobby area and shuttle bus service was available.

The food menu was terrific for an airport hotel. We actually opted to eat there for Breakfast and dinner both days of our stay because we had such great options, we did not need to leave to find a restaurant. This is a fantastic feature.
