"The room was nice. Was it perfectly clean now I saw a few imperfections. The number one complaint I’ll say is that the staff was not very nice in particular there was this one woman who checked me in and she was extremely rude. She would make rude comments, rude, smirks rude scoffs animated for a very uncomfortable and unfortunate situation when checking in and made our experience un enjoyable. I would never come back because of that woman which goes to show you how important customer services is. My flight arrive late so we checked in around one in the morning so it was someone who works the late night shift. I do not know her name but stay away at all costs. She should not be working there."

"We stayed in Sonesta for three days (Tuesday till Friday). When we arrived the receptionist informed us about terms and conditions and told us that they have breakfast available from 6:30 till 11am with cost of 25$. Next morning, when we got down to have a breakfast at 6.40am, because we have to hit the road to my son’s military ceremony, we were informed the breakfast was not ready yet. No apologies or explanation. We quickly went to the room to brush teeth and take rest of necessary stuff and when we were passing breakfast/ conference's room at 7am room was closed and breakfast still not ready. After that next day we had more time before leaving the Sonesta so around 8 o’clock we got down to eat breakfast. Lady who was at the door said “Good morning “ without any enthusiasm and she told me, she had to take my credit card and go to reception to charge me!! I didn’t want to make problem in the front of my son but why they can’t put this on the room charge or have portable charging machine?, why they taking my card and going somewhere!? I didn’t feel confident about it at all and I think this is so not professional. Everything what was served as a warm breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes was completely cold and greasy except coffee, not single serving creamers but big carton of half and half.This breakfast wasn’t worth even 15$ not 25 and had tummy ache for entire day! "I have traveled all over the world and I must say by far this is the absolute worst hotel experience. Every time I arrived to the hotel, my key card didn’t work, so I made it all the way to the room, to turn around and go back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. The shuttle service to the airport was never on time & one day they told me to expect the shuttle at the airport at 3:30p as I was using it as a way to get back-and-forth to the MARTA. I stood outside in 35° temps and wind from 3:10 until 3:40. I called the hotel back & found out that the shuttle service driver was “delayed” (with no further explanation) & wouldn’t arrive until 4 PM. So, for an hour I waited in the freezing cold while watching people come after me & leave before me because it seems as though other hotels stayed on their scheduled time route. THEN came the worst part. The heat in my room stopped working on the 30° night. I was told to let it run longer because the heat would kick in (I did it, but knew that wasn’t true). My room felt like an icebox. I opened the door to the hallway (at least 15° warmer), so I propped my door open for over 30 minutes to let the hallway heat warm my room. I went down to the front desk & she told me she had to check with her manager, wait 30 minutes & she’ll call my room. 35 minutes later, nothing. I call the front desk, she already had an answer- a space heater: Totally Unacceptable! Then told me fully booked (didn’t seem that way). I was furious & done! Never Again!"
