"Staff were fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. The location is great all forms of transport are virtually on the doorstep and most of all the view of the harbour is as good as any postcard produced. "

"Arrived hours before check in and room was ready and immediate use was offered. Although small the room was very clean and in good condition. Check in and out was super quick."

"This hotel is in the middle of the city and is conveniently located to everything. 15min walk to Sydney Harbour and 5min walk to Darling Harbour. Room size was decent. The bed was so comfy and the room was clean. If I had to complain about anything (which is out of the hotel’s control) is the loud cars driving by. Definitely a great stay with friendly staff. "

"Stayed there for 4 Nights . All front desk and concierge staff did an excellent job for the first 3 days . Unfortunately on the day of checking out i came across a front desk lady who was cool , unprofessional and full of attitude . The encounter with her ruined my impression of excellence of staff and service of Fullerton hotel ."
