"The pictures do not do this property justice. The three story home has 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom and the living room has a small patio and then there's a rooftop seating area that is an excellent spot for gazing at the Houston night skyline. "The property was very nice, exactly as described. We had an issue with the AC which was able to be fixed quickly. When we reported it, the hosts were very responsive and even offered to move us to another apartment."

"Booking and communication with host was easy. The area is well monitored by law enforcement. Visible homeless in the area, but not instrusive. The parking garage and building are very secure. This unit has a designated parking spot with fob access to the building. The unit was clean and plenty of space with many extra amenities. Patio. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute walk to NRG, entry at gate 11, for rodeo we cut thru Holiday Inn and caught the tram to the NRG center. Overall a wonderful space....

"I had an excellent experience here! Clean, very nice unit, bed, and bathroom. Loved the gated parking and the location! Also excellent communication. I called at 1am and was helped immediately. Loved the laundry in unit! AC worked great! Hot water worked great. "I would say this is overall a cute small apartment type room, smaller than a standard hotel room, with nothing more than a bed, closet and bathroom. There is no desk or sitting area at all. It fit my needs as I just needed a place to stay. It is clean, cute and has a great mattress and pillows for comfort."
