Nowhere near First World

This is by far the lousiest hotel stay. It’s worse than budget hotel. Bedsheets were dirty with stains and foul smell, curtains and windows were mouldy, locker was not working and sink was dirty. I’m totally disgusted by the standard. What’s the point of having many rooms but unable to maintain them properly?

IT TOOK 2 HOURS to check-in

l was REALLY AMAZED that it took us 2 hours to check-in to 4 rooms. I self-check-in from the machine / kiosk for my complimentary room very fastly for about 10 minutes. Then, l checked in for the other 3 rooms for my friends and there was no way that l could do with the kiosk / machine. l was told to queue for the OTC or xxxx machine which was not helping at all . THEN l asked staff to help, 2 staff spent their best and very hard effort for about 1 and half hours, but could not retrieve my 3 paid rooms via the Hotel.com........... Until 2 hours later, the OTC or XXX kiosk could get me all the code numbers for us to go to the self-checkin kiosk by ourselves. After round and rounds and rounds, again l could not made it. l had to ask another 2 staff to assist, then we could settle the check-in problems. ALL 6 of us WERE SO FRASTRATED with the check-in procedures and system.

This was a regrettable stay. Check in was long, and we were asked to pay a check-in fee (really? it's not on the list of fees). The room was dated and bad. Overall, stay far away.
