"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."

"The room is amazing and the pool too. Helpful staff. And a nice restobar to get your piña coladas or have some delicious food.
Gorgeous beach but prone to waves due to the location.
Only downside with the room was the bathroom sink, that has a weird contemporary flat design and it doesn't drain very well, so if you shave for example everything stays there. Also no counter space room for the ladies that wanna do their makeup. "

"The property was perfect for what my family needed. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Alex the manager was readily available and provided us with different options for dinning and places to explore. The gate guards and security staff were also very helpful. We had a pizza dinner on our last night and we treated them as a Thank You! The Villa was perfect in size for our family of five. My husband, two boys and our daughter. The beds were very comfortable, it felt like sleeping in the clouds. Happy we booked with Lakeside Villa at Villa Y-1. We are definitely coming back."

"Our stay was amazing! Nelson the owner was amazing the best owner/host we could have asked for. The house was packed and stored with all that we needed to accommodate both adults and kids. The house look just as pictures. We had issues with loss of water the last two nights but nelson came with his workers and made sure the problem was resolve. He was very attentive and gave us a full itinerary of things nearby which was very helpful as well."
