"The rooms clean and tidy. For an old motel and dated decor. Breakfast were enjoyable and well attended each morning. Staff pleasant and engaging. Parking on site was a huge must for us as we all travelled by car to meet in Ballarat. Walking distance to good pub grub. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"The room was clean and fresh. Electric blanket did not work but heating was fine - it was incredibly cold when I stayed. service and staff were great - the bathroom was just a bit tired. Would I stay there again - yes, it is very conveniently located."
