"All very comfortable and great staff"

"The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and had onsite parking. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was well organised with plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was cooked to order on week days but help yourself buffet on the weekend though this was kept warm and well replenished. There is a good pool with sauna and steam room which we made full use of. The hotel is in a good location by the river with a 5 minute walk over the bridge to the town centre. The Christmas lights were on and everywhere looked spectacular. Our first real visit to the town having previously only having a brief stopover on our way through. Looking forward to our next visit. "

"The lady greeting us was really friendly and informative and welcoming. The place is spotlessly clean absolutely everywhere. Real attention to detail. Cooked breakfast was excellent in volume, quantity and quality. Superb start to the day. Room was very comfortable, immaculately clean and fantastic facilities. Location is perfect. 10 min stroll to the heart of town. If you’re thinking of booking. Stop thinking and get it booked!"
