"Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. "The apartment was well located and had a lovely balcony. The Aircon unit and facility to wash and dry our beach clothes was great. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. We just would have liked to see some more amenities such as a washing up/drying cloth, wine glasses and better cooking utensils ie chopping knives. These however, are very small suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"It was overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It was gorgeous, up high in the hills. My husband and cousin were able to run down to have a swim, so it wasn’t too far away. It was very quiet. Everything in the apt worked. Good parking."

"El tamaño del apartamento esta muy bien, con una pequeña terraza y jardin a los lados. El personal muy majo y la ubicación excelente. Para ir con las mascotas está genial porque muy cerca hay una playa que admite perros. Si tengo que poner un "pero" es que nosotros estuvimos 11 días y no te cambian la ropa de cama ni las toallas en todo ese tiempo.No me parece normal para un cuatro estrellas y es la primera vez que veo algo así. El resto todo muy bien."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes by car from the airport and right next to a shopping center. It has a swimming pool, parking in front of the hotel, and a good restaurant. When leaving before breakfast service started, guests could still enjoy coffee, juices, and croissants. I stayed at this hotel second Time and highly recommend it."

"It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"

"Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after we were checked in. Minor points overall, and not for a lack of willingness from the staff, but feels like the process could be smoother. Breakfast was sensational, incredible views and wonderful selection. The gym was fantastic and Paolo (? Maybe not the right name, apologies) was brilliant, helped us with our workouts and was incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend overall!"

"The location was amazing. The beach views are unbeatable. This was some of the clearest water we have ever seen. However, the hotel is a bit older with some wear and tear. The rooms could have been a little more clean. Our AC unit was not working and the maintenance person said there was not much he could do, so they brought us fans. Also, important to note, there is loud music/karaoke party every night starting at 9pm and ending around midnight. Even with ear plugs in, we could still hear the music from our room, which made it difficult to sleep."

"Hotel very small and boutiquey which was nice, comfy sun loungers. Rooms always clean, and nice soaps etc. The pool is very shaded. Breakfast was poor for 5 stars, not the best quality or selection. Beach deck was closed for our whole stay despite staff always saying it’d be open tomorrow. Staff spoke no English which I know is a me problem and not a them problem but all other areas of Italy has good English so I guess I expected more. The Spa was always closed with a sign on the door so never got to even see it! Food menu was uninspired and food was bland. But our main issue: we asked for a taxi, they charged €75 for a 12 minute taxi and quoted €95 to come back after 10pm. Turns out they use someone in their family to drive a car and charged way over the price it should be. Jumped in a taxi home and was way cheaper. Got a quote for €130 to airport when it was €80 in the airport taxi (which are usually the expensive ones). Whenever asked to book a taxi and said we didn’t want their driver, they said no cars available. In the end we had to book our own by googling numbers, saved us a fortune but 5 star hotel should be able to book you a normal taxi. Taxi driver said they are known for doing this. And said hotel gone down hill with current owners."
