New property with independent entrance, garden with private gazebo and equipped with table and chairs.Inside bright bedroom of 20 square meters, with decorations and ceilings in colored wood, TV, sofa and wardrobe, spacious bathroom also equipped with bidet, kitchen with dining area. Free Wifi, barbecue. The villa is surrounded by a garden with fruit trees; the outdoor spaces are large and you can enjoy your holiday in privacy. The swimming pool (12x 6 m), in compliance with current legislation, is cleaned and cared for every day; it is shared and welcomes only guests who stay, maximum 8, so at any time there is ample relaxation space for everyone. At the poolside, guests can enjoy the sun and nature in the shade of our large umbrellas, relaxing on the loungers in a spacious area, furnished with care and safety, thanks to the distance between the relaxation areas (about 2.5 meters).
