The 10 minute walk to Darwin Street was in a poor section, an old mattress lying about. Breakfast was good. The reception area was poor. I have photos. "After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning.
