Great 2-bed room with 2 bathrooms .. perfect for our family of 4 especially with early starts every day. Their staff was kind enough to pack us a breakfast each day too. The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the main downtown area so you will need a cab to move around.

Excellent value and a great location

This propety is an amazing value. It is well maintained and in good condition. Breakfast is excellent and the host goes above and beyond to take great care. Compared to the properties in the city center. I recommend tbis strongly with no reservation.

Pros 1. Clean room 2. Excellent and friendly staff 3. Simple but freshly prepared lovely breakfast 4. Spacious and comfortable room- well priced What could be improved 1. The contact number listed was incorrect and Expedia hides the phone number and email the property sent via message. The front desk closes at 6 pm so if you come in after those hours it's impossible to contact the property to make arrangements ahead of time. The number mentioned on the listing was wrong and we kept calling this lady before we finally realized it was a wrong number 2. The air conditioner in the master bedroom of the two bed room unit was not working. It was hot. The staff were not able to fix it. It appears that another two bed room unit was available for booking on Expedia but it was not offered. 3. Property was a 10 minute drive from the city center and involved getting a taxi every time. We stayed only for one night because our lovely Airbnb was not available on the night of our arrival, and moved closer the next day so it was not a big issue for us. Getting a taxi to go downtown was not easy especially late evening (for dinner) but getting one to come back was quick. Overall, the pros of this place significant out weigh the negatives and we would not hesitate to stay here again, especially as a bridge for a night. The friendly staff, clean room and amenities were all things we enjoyed.

Great hotel with a long to the beach

Extremely comfortable beds and very nice staff! The room is well appointed and the ping pong table is a nice addition that we've enjoyed using. It is 2km from the beach so it's a 15min walk each way.. Which in the hot sun seems like a long time even if you are very fit. However it's much cheaper due to its location so it's great value for a long walk..

Hotel was great. Good room with a view, solid breakfast included. I would deduct one star for the location as it is about a 15 minute walk to town. Super shout out to Oscar, who is amazing. Great English skills (which are in short supply in Ecuador) who helped to book several tours and arrange cab rides and even laundry

I really liked the room with its blackout curtains and the ability to check out at 12pm. The location is also very good. The only downside was the food in the restaurant - no real flavour and a little overpriced. Other than that Id recommend this hotel!

Enjoyed our time in Galapagos by staying at this place with a great breakfast and wonderful hospitality. Ronald was great helping us organize all our tours and taxi needs. It’s not quite walking distance to the main area but taxi is only $1.50-$2 and the hotel can help you get a taxi right away.

I only leave a 4 star review because I stayed for 5 days and the breakfasts were boring. Every day they offered the same thing, eggs, toast, or pancakes, cereal and strawberry yogurt. They don’t have a restaurant in the hotel and everything is far away. After the second day I was bored with the breakfast and started buying croissants next door in the bodega to have it with my coffee. The bodega next door to the hotel sells water, beers, drinks and ice creams. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a thought maybe the manager could buy “fresh bread” from the bakery the bodega was charging .25 cents per bread it’s probably cheaper to buy in bulk. Also an omelette would be better than fried eggs every day!

Excellent hotel! The staff is incredible. Such wonderful young people running the hotel. The rooms are huge and spotlessly clean. The free breakfast was made to order eggs with juice, toast and coffee. I haven’t a single complaint about my stay.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is surrounded by not so nice areas and it can get loud first thing in the morning from the traffic. The building is open concept and there is lots of natural light and fresh air. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area and although you walk through very sketchy-looking streets, it is very safe.

This hotel is in a quiet residential area away from the town; it's about a 15-20 minute walk downhill to reach restaurants and shops in the town (or $1.50 in a taxi). I highly recommend dinner at Dimati - good Italian food and lovely staff. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and breakfast is great with some variety across the days. The jacuzzi is only available for a couple of hours in the evenings... ecofriendly :-) Oscar was very helpful and speaks good English.

Very nice stay

Staff is super friendly and attentive, rooms are nice with air conditioning, and yhe provided breakfast each day was nice. Even yhough its a but up grom the main tourist center its very essy to get there either a 15 minute walk or a 5 min taxi ride. The tacod have a set price so you dont have to worry about negotiating or being ripped off.

Great hotel for family to use as home base for land based Galapagos visit. The rooms are very clean and modern - comfortable beds and cleaning service each day. Breakfast is provided and made fresh everyday which is nice if you are heading out on your. Pool area is very well maintained and a nice amenity from the heat of the islands! Staff very prompt and helpful. It is a bit far from town and restaurants - not really walkable due to hills and heat) but taxis are very affordable ($2 each way). Some street noise but I think that is hard to avoid in the town. Overall would recommend as a great option.
