The location of the property was ideal - right on the beach and close to the town square with easy access to dining and tours. We stayed in the rooms with balconies overlooking the beach, which were clean and spacious. Staff made check-in easy and we appreciated the snack pack they provided on our departure day (we had to leave at 5am to catch a 6am ferry!). Overall, our stay here was comfortable and we would stay here again.

The front desk lady is wonderful and helpful. Isabella is a tiny island but the hotel Is a nice respite from snorkeling. Their sister property is anat is right down the beach and offers lounge chairs under umbrellas with views of the sea. Breakfast is great. Roof terrace could use some lounges and a bit more shade though.

The property and people were great. Their is a community soccer field adjoining the property on the side I stayed on and my room has an open screen window. Their were soccer games and music often in the mornings and one night until midnight, so it was noisy.

It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel on the beach, with very good beds and delicious breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. However, it can get really noisy during the weekend (we stayed 3 nights) because it is located right behind the town's main square where there are very loud speakers during the day. Also, there's a soccer field next to the hotel, also with loud speakers until late at night, and they played several times on Saturday and Sunday. Monday night was quiet.

Nice hotel, uneven service.

Spent 3 nights here. The hotel was as advertised - right across from the beach, bright and well appointed with a small balcony that opened out to the road across from the beach. The internet was wonky - there were at least 3 different wifis, none of which worked all that week from our room (first floor, beach facing). Breakfast was good, the pool was nice and in an open area. When we confirmed, as required that we would arrive on our date and time, the day before via ferry, the hotel rep responded “we’ll be waiting for you.” No one showed up at the dock, when we asked the desk attendant she flatly said “we don’t do that, I’m not sure who told you that” - so we showed the message, and the response was “someone in Quito wrote that, I don’t know why, I’ll look into it.” We didn’t hear back. Finally, be forewarned, they billed us for the room a full 2 months before the trip (even before the cancellation/refund period lapsed) “to reserve our room” because of high season. Not a huge problem, just not something that was expected based on selecting the “pay at the property” option.

The Front desk receptionist is super nice to us, allowing us to have a late checkout after our diving tour, so that we could take a shower before our Ferry. All the amenities, location, and all other things are probably the best on this island that you could find.
