"Yellow Heron house is beautiful and functional. We were a two-family group of seven, it was perfect and we were all very comfortable. We had breakfast together at the very well designed and artful dining table every morning, that was such a great way to start each day. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Beds were comfortable and the living room was a welcoming gathering place. Elena is thoughtful, communicative and anticipated our needs. All of us heartily recommend YHH for an extended stay. I chuckled at a prior review, calling out the “road” between the house and the beach—it’s really just a single-lane sand driveway, with maybe one or two cars an hour, not at all a barrier."

"The Albemarle distinguishes itself in its attention to detail. Best shower I had in three weeks in Ecuador. Lots of hot water. Used books by the bed to read, board games...the list goes on. Plus the beachfront location is great with lots of bars and eating places within 5 min walk.Plus very attentive and helpful staff especially Samy at reception.
