"Easy check in, spacious rooms with tv in bedroom and lounge, lovely large bathroom with deep bath and walk in shower. Great location however, be mindful that the road is closed as a pedestrian walkway from 0900 but this isn’t a problem as there are parking facilities close by and for me as a blue badge holder there were plenty of spaces close enough. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"What an amazing place to stay! Staff are so friendly and just want to make your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Room was perfect and the food was stunning. My wife has food allergies, and the staff was so helpful with this. If you get the chance to stay here - then please do, as it will not disappoint."

"Lovely place to stay, high quality. Accommodated us with a takeaway breakfast as we had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time. We had an evening meal in the pub which was superb. A slight bit of noise from the pub in the room during working hours but only to be expected, very quiet otherwise. Definitely would stay there again 👍"

"Lovely hotel in a quiet village, but close to Guildford and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The Drummond was warm and cosy, with very friendly and helpful staff. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and large TV. Tasty food was a bonus!"

"I arrived a few hours early, but my room was available immediately. A lovely room with modern bathroom. I was in the single, which served my needs very well. Well heated. No problem with noise. Very close to train station. Godalming is a beautiful town."

"Had a great stay atvyhe Hurtwood. Found it by chance. Great village with plenty of walking direct in to the Surrey Hills as directed by the lovely lady who checked us in. Room very comfortable with fresh milk provided. We found the car park easy for a big car, but would not be so easy in season I think. Dinner in the bar was excellent and good portions. Breakfast cooked to order also great. Will go again. Thank you."

"This was by far one of the best inn rooms I have slept in for years. The bed was big and comfortable with a great mattress topper, two big wide windows for air. There was both a bath and a shower and both were clean. Tv and great coffee machine with plenty of milk and sugar with milk alternatives if needed. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help with any request. The food was lovely in both dinner and the following lunch. The bar/restaurant has loads of windows and tables in...

"The staff were very friendly, loved the history of the place. a few things could do with a bit more love, but staff told us there were plans for a spa etc. So would think about a re visit in a year in the summer."
