"The hotel is hidden a couple streets back and over from the water front, but easily accessible and walkable to all Porto’s main sights. Since the hotel is tucked in, it is a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. Check in was easy, they greeted us with coffees and stored our luggage as we explored the city until check in time. The breakfasts were more than filling, lots of options and delicious. The staff in the dining room do everything to make the experience top notch. Our room had a small patio, which turned into a nice place to read. There is also a rooftop space to watch the sunset and have drinks in the evening. In the morning and daytime it is a quiet place to get away. It rained one night so we dined in. The hotel restaurant is fancy and on the expensive side, but the service, food, and convenience on a rainy evening was worth the expense. The shower/room was small, but adequate. Chocolates on our pillows each night and a new water bottle each day were nice touches. Only downside was the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for me. Overall I was so glad we booked here!"
