"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the staff went the extra mile by surprising us with a birthday cake to celebrate, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was clean and comfortable. While the bed was a bit soft for my personal preference, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. "Great room with a wonderful panoramic view. Booked a king bed, but was placed in a room with two twins (sigh). Room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff were amazing. Stayed 3 nights, but didnt need the room cleaned. Centrally located to take full advantage of the rail system."
