"The location of the hotel was perfect. We loved the nearby beach and swimming areas. The staff was hit or miss depending on who was available. At times they were helpful and knowledgeable while other staff members were clueless and not helpful at all. The cleanliness could use some improvement with more attention to detail. We had ants invade our space on the second night there and this was without any food in the room. The resort fees should be optional being that we did not utilize any of their offerings. Also, having to pay $25 a night for parking seems a bit excessive. Thankfully the beauty of Kauai and its people made the overall stay worth it in the end."

"I can't say enough great things about our stay. First and foremost was the communication from the property manager. Absolutely incredible. Within minutes, all of our questions were answered and they went way above and beyond; delivering items to our place that we requested. Incredible, friendly, helpful, five star service. The location is outstanding and the proximity to beaches and snorkeling and enjoying the environment is priceless. Every item you could possibly need is in the home and my in-laws loved the guest house in the back. What an incredible experience, we can't wait to go back!"

"This place is an amazing find! The house sits just off the beach with stunning views and a wonderful ocean breeze. The house itself had absolutely everything we needed and wanted for our vacation. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained and sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day listening to the ocean waves was incredible. Easy access to everything we wanted to see and do on island - loved the location. By far the best experience we’ve had with a vacation rental. Our family of 6 adults fit very comfortably. Brenda is the on-island contact and she was amazing! Overall, best vacation experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely rent here again!"

"Very well-equipped and well-organized, nicely decorated unit. It looked just like the pictures. Unobstructed ocean view is fantastic, as well as access to the walking path. Host was very responsive and organized. Location in Kapaa is very convenient to the cute "down town" with restaurants and shops. If you are a light sleeper like I am, you may want to bring your earplugs as roosters start crowing in the early morning hours and while the being on the first floor is very convenient, you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking, moving chairs etc. This was not a big deal for us and we enjoyed our stay."
