"Overall good. One of the faucets leaked in out our suite but was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. In room coffee maker didnt work. Very clean. Quiet. Great view of the ocean. Would I come back? Perhaps. It is always the small details that are important. I will say ALL of the staff were very professional and friendly for our stay."

"I booked this based on reviews and the hot tub. I was looking for a place to relax after a long drive but we got there and the room we were given first smelled like someone had smoked a pound of weed in it, then we were given another room and it was good. We all slept horribly. The pillows were like rocks, the early AM all we heard were roller carts back and forth our front door that work up us. I know it’s staff but it wanted to sleep in. The breakfast was standard but we opted out as it was overly crowded for the space they had and the hot food looked not appetizing at all. The bathroom in the room was soooo tiny. The pool and hot tub was overloaded by kids and families (not the hotels fault) and drunk loud people, it was just not the vibe I wanted. We ended up not using the hot tub or pool as it wasn’t relaxing atmosphere and we would not book here again -I even have 2 kids. This is the kind of review I would want in order for me to make a decision on a hotel. "

"the rooms were not clean . it had a smell and some dirty panties on the floor and they did not change our room to make our stay better . we checked out early and found a better cleaner room. i will never stay at a doubletree again "

"Perfect location for us as we came up to go to mayo clinic. Properties on campus are so expensive this was 15 minutes away and it was a bargain. Perfect for what we needed"
