"We let the hotel know we were staying here on the two nights of our wedding weekend and they were very welcoming. When we arrived, a gentleman member of staff offered to take our bags to our room, which had been upgraded! In the room was a sweet message congratulating us. 5 minutes later the man returned with some bubbles for us! Such a lovely touch. The room was well equipped with dressing gowns, slippers, vanity kits, complimentary bottled water, biscuits and a variety of teas and coffees in addition to a nespresso machine. It was comfortable with the option of aircon/heating. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage and hanging space. Breakfast was good. The stock of cold cuts, cheese and some other bits could have been refreshed a bit more promptly as we did find ourselves asking for replenishments a couple of times even though there 3/4 staff in the room. The omlette was definitely the best choice for the hot breakfast and the different juices were delicious."

"Did not appreciate being woken at 8am by the cleaner when i was working nights and only saying for 1 night why would u need to come in at 8am when i was checking out 11!!"

"Another great stay @ Tilford Woods Lodge Retreat. Everything you need all under one roof and the Hot Tub as always was a bonus. Our favourite place to unwind and relax every once in a while. We will be back and would recommend to anyone just wanting to escape the hustle and bustle. Lots to do in and around surrounding areas. Look forward to our next time @ Tilford Woods."

"Loved the lodge so cute , big duck pond , reception sells duck food that the kids loved , nice but not cheap pubs near by, the one next door had a park heated out door sitting area , nice relaxing walks through the woods , slept very well in Comfy big bed."

"Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets. "

"What a gem of a find!! Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Comfortable bed in a stunning room, complimentary products from hand wash to gin were of excellent quality. Breakfast was full English for us was superb. The Bel and Dragon is definitely top of our list for places to stay. "

The property itself is absolutely stunning. It's set in a private, fenced area with a beautiful private garden. Its perfect for relaxation and enjoying some peaceful time. The whole setup offers excellent privacy and a real sense of retreat. The amenities were thoughtfully prepared, making our stay comfortable and convenient from start to finish. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a special getaway. Five stars!"
