Nice overnight stay

For the price the raven was ok but room needed a bit of TLC. Food was good if a little pricey. Staff although young were very good.

Reasonable accommodation with great food

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Was put in what felt like the highest room in the tower, decor was a little dated, but very comfortable with a large bathroom. Food available was a highlight, very reasonably priced for good quality, with a nice breakfast included. Would happily stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

Great service even when things go wrong

Lovely staff and room was clean basic twin room. I had an issue with the radiator not turning off and unfortunately there was not another room for me to move to. However they did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible and refunded me for one nights stay. The food at the pub was great and the breakfast excellent.

The property was good but would benefit from a refresh. The staff were excellent and really helpful. The food was also very good. My only complaint is aimed at Expedia (not the hotel) - I needed to make changes to my booking but despite hotel staff efforts we failed. Next time, I will book directly with the hotel.

Average stay the beds were comfy and it’s very warm, but some odd smells around the place this didn’t detract from the stay just very noticeable. Also there wasn’t a hair drier.

Found beer can and water bottle under the bed. Nightclub above our room was not informed about this as there where 2 children in our party. Beds comfortable and convenient for Peppa pig and Lego land.
