"We loved the customer service at the Shangri-La. Our room was understandably not ready when we arrived at 9am but they suggested we freshen up in the gym change room. It was lovely to take a shower and change into a fresh set of clothes after a long flight. Our room became available before noon. The bathroom was quite spacious and the lighting in the room was soft and not harsh. Everyone we spoke to was accomodating and pleasant. Good location close to Circular Quay, the Rocks, and public transportation."
