Even though it is a traditional (a bit dated) French cottage - it has all the right things updated - amazing plumbing, showers, etc. All we needed in the kitchen, orange trees to eat off of and the most magical view. "Five of us stayed in this house in May 2025. It was in a great location for us-1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to two grocery stores, 10 min walk to lots of restraints and shopping, 15 min walk to the train at Nice-Ville. There are three awesome bakeries next door or close by. The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was great. No issues at all and Andrea was great to deal with. "
