Nous avons trouvé un petit coin de paradis dès notre arrivée. Nous avons nos hôtes qui ont partagé leur maison et leur quotidien avec nous. Ce sont des hôtes formidables qui savent accueillir telle la famille. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans le calme et dans un cadre magnifique. La maison et la piscine sont incroyables. Des hôtes qui se lèvent à 6h pour vous embrasser et vous dire au revoir à la fin de votre séjour...pour nous c'était une première.

Un petit paradis

Accueil formidable, l’appartement est très bien et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La piscine est magnifique, très sécurisée et parfaite pour des enfants meme en très bas âge. Traumhafter Aufenthalt in eibem wunderschönen Ambiente

Wir konnten in diesem gepflegten und geschmackvoll angelegtem Ambiente erholsame Tage genießen. Die kurze Entfernung zum Meer und der riesige gepflegte Pool machte uns die Entscheidung oft schwer wo wir verweilen werden. Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter war von dem tiefem Verlangen und Bemühungen geprägt uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Paradiesisches Refugium abseits des Trubels

Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen von Maxime und Odile, die als Vermieter vor Ort immer sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht waren, uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das ist ihnen rundum gelungen. Das süße Appartement "Provencale" bietet alles, was man im Sommer braucht, und sieht genau so aus wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das Haus liegt in einem "Parc Résidentiel", im Esterel-Gebirge, ungefähr 8km entfernt von Mandelieu-La Napoule, wo man alles Nötige einkaufen kann, und ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Alles ist top gepflegt und der große Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen und schöner Aussicht ist der Hammer! Wir haben uns nach unseren Ausflügen an der Küste immer wieder auf den Pool und unsere idyllische Unterkunft gefreut und die Kinder wären am liebsten jeden Tag am/im Pool geblieben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Winziges Heim in großartiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Feriendomizil. 5 Sterne haben auf jeden Fall verdient: die liebenswürdigen, hilfsbereiten und fürsorglichen Gastgeber Maxime und Odile! Vielen Dank für alles! Dann der superschöne Pool und Garten auf dem Gelände, mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge und bis nach Cannes! Und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Wohnung war hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet, die Terrasse immer im Schatten. Weil die Wohnung allerdings doch sehr klein ist und ein wenig spärlich ausgestattet, im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen, die wir bis jetzt besucht haben , bekommt sie 3 Sterne. Insgesamt gibt das dann eben 4. :o) Es war schon alles da, was man wirklich braucht. Ein bisschen was haben wir dazu gekauft. Und das Bett war schon sehr schmal. Gut dass es nicht geregnet hat, denn innen hätte man sich kaum aufhalten können. Wichtig: es war trotzdem ein super schöner Urlaub und wir können dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen! Es ist eine ganz wunderbare Gegend zum Urlaub machen, mit massenhaft tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bei Odile und Maxime konnte man sich vom Trubel an der Küste ausgezeichnet erholen!

Vue imprenable sur l Esterel de la magnifique piscine

Très jolie propriété , très bien entretenue , tenue par un couple charmant , bienveillant ,impliqué , passionné,et très sympathique. Une piscine extraordinaire avec une très jolie vue sur l Esterel. Un havre de paix un peu loin de tout mais c est tout ce qui fait son charme. Parfait si l on recherche le calme.

Tres bon séjour dans une maison très calme , et des loueurs très accueillants et aux bons soins des locataires L’emplacement de la maison est très favorable aux excursions à pied ou en VTT avec un départ direct depuis la location dans le parc de l’Esterel. Séjour agréable au sein de ce Mas situé dans un parc résidentiel, environnement très calme. Propriétaires très gentils, donnant de très bons conseils quant aux visites et restos à découvrir. Très belle piscine bien aménagée avec de nombreux transats mais qui mériterait d'être chauffée (eau à 21 degrés au mois de août....un peu juste). L appartement est correctement équipé. Physionomie plus adaptée à 3 que 4 personnes, canapé lit en état moyen. Même si cela est indiqué dans l annonce ☺️ la présence d un lave linge ou la fourniture du linge de maison serait un plus non négligeable à proposer dans les prestations. A conseiller pour des vacances au calme dans cette magnifique région.

Vacances idéales

Nous avons passé, ma femme et moi, deux semaine de vacances idéales. Propriétée exceptionnelle et nos hôtes nous ont accueilli comme il se doit (avec bouteille de rosé déjà au frais) et ils nous ont très bien conseillé pour nos vacances sur les coin a visiter et surtout comment y aller. Je recommande pour la belle prestation, le calme, le charme... nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Jolie propriété dans le massif de l'Estérel

L'appartement est situé dans une jolie propriété sur les hauteurs, entourée des arbres du massif de l'Estérel. Elle est à 10mn en voiture de la mer et permet de bénéficier du calme de l'arrière pays. L'appartement est bien agencé et bénéficie d'un accès à une grande piscine entourée de transats. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, échangent volontiers et donnent de bons conseils pour les visites. Une adresse à recommander.

Das Haus und die Gegend waren einfach traumhaft. Der Pool ist toll, die Kinder waren begeistert. Sehr ruhig und eine wunderschöne Natur. Aber trotzdem nicht weit von der Stadt und in 10 min am Meer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfbereit. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Great little Gite, in a superb location with very easy access to many towns & cities nearby

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub in idyllischer Lage Top Vermieter

Wir haben hier einen 14-tägigen Familienurlaub in der Frühsaison verbracht. Wir sind ein Ehepaar um die 30 und unsere Kinder sind fünfeinhalb und eineinhalb Jahre alt. Der erste Kontakt mit den Vermietern fand per Mail statt und wir haben abgesprochen ob ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden / zu leihen sind. Diese konnten gegen eine Gebühr direkt ausgeliehen werden , was deutlich Platz im Auto gespart hat. Hier war die Kontaktaufnahme problemlos. Zur Lage: die Villa befindet sich in einer "Villenresidenz" welche sich im Esterelgebirge befindet. Der Zugang zuf gesamten Residenz is durch ein Tor/Schrankensystem geregelt. Hier bekommt man einen Schlüssel/Chip vom Vermieter direkt beim Check-In. Damit man beim ersten Mal in die Residenz kommt muss man kurz entweder über Handy oder Sprechanlage Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufnehmen. (Auf Englisch oder Französisch) Dies stellt jedoch kein Problem dar. Der Zugang zum Bereich der Villa ist nochmals extra über ein Funktor gegeben. Wir hatten das Provencal Apartement. Welches für unsere Zwecke völlig ausgereicht hat. Lediglich das fehlen einer Klimaanlage macht sich bei heißen Tagen bemerkbar. Hier wurde durch den Vermieter jedoch sehr oft nachgefragt ob es nicht zu heiß ist und es wurde ein Ventilator angeboten. Dieser wurden jedoch nicht benötigt da wir morgens alle Fenster aufgemacht haben und danach verschlossen. Somit blieb die "Kälte" lange erhalten. Das Apartement ist gerade groß genug und es gibt unterschiedliche Küchengeräte. Kaffeemaschine Mikro Toaster Induktionsherd usw. Ebenfalls gibt es eine circa 3,5 auf 5,5 m große Terasse welche von einem Holzzaun bzw. einer kleinen Mauer eingefriedet ist so das die Kinder nicht "abhauen" können. Kleiner Tipp Ameisen und Wespen gibt es auch da die Villa mitten in einer bewaldeten Gegend liegt. Der Zugang zum Pool ist ebenfalls durch einen Zaun und eine Türe mit Kindersicherung gesichert. Der Pool ist wirklich super mit unterschiedlichen Höhen für Kinder und Erwachsene. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Mandelieu circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum in dem es alles gibt. Die Strecke dorthin ist eine Serpentinenstraße welche vorsichtig befahren werden sollte ( Aufgrund der Fahrrad- und Motorradfahrer die teilweise waghalsig fahren). In Mandelieu ist auch der nächste Zugang zum Strand. Tipps von Odile für Ausflüge waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank. Markus mit Familie
