The 70 m2 house has 4 rooms including 3 bedrooms. It is on a private plot of 500 m2. The beaches of Fréjus or Saint Raphaël are 6 km away; The landing beaches or the bay of Agay are 13 km away. If you play golf, those of Valescure are 6km away. If you like tennis, the Gallieni club is very close to the house. From the house, you can go hiking in the Esterel massif and, on the way, visit the chapel decorated by Jean Cocteau (15 minutes on foot from the house). Quiet residential area, shops are 5 minutes by car.
