Ideal location, adequate accommodations.

Great location within walking distance of everything (restaurants, shopping, bars, city parks, tourist traps, etc.) or a short drive to vineyards/wineries, State Parks, sightseeing, etc. Parking is provided but leaves a lot to be desired; a designated spot would be helpful, as it is you have to contend with restaurant employee parking in the same small lot without marked spots, it's a free for all and not uncommon to find your vehicle boxed in. The unit itself is "shabby chic" decor with full amenities: kitchenette with basic supplies and appliances; a comfortable bed; a walk-in shower that easily fits 2 people; small outside porch with a table, chairs, and stereo(?) speakers. Besides the parking, the only other negatives were issues with the electronics (TV, cable box, DVD, radio, etc.) not working, or at least I couldn't get them to function correctly (I have an electronics communication and computer systems background...go figure) and the biggest issue was not with the property per se, it was the bar directly across the street that had live music playing so loud it literally shook the windows and made it impossible to sleep until the bar closes, so you might as well go join the party. All in all we enjoyed our stay and given the opportunity we will do it again.
