"John was an incredibly welcoming host. He provided helpful recommendations for local attractions along with a great breakfast! The B&B has a great deal of character and charm."
"Cozy, old fashioned mansion, well maintained and comfortable. Easy off street parking. Owner, Tina, supplied ample information about check-in and local dining. "

"The owner John, was an amazing host. Extremely friendly, a good conversationalist and a great cook. The B&B was filled with antiques and so many collectables that had great stories attached to a lot of them.
I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back!"
"Such an amazingly unique property with a wonderfully homey feel! While Troy has some not so great parts, we felt reasonably comfortable and safe here. It's amazing to have the Hudson right by on."
Charming 3-bedroom house in Troy, near RPI, Albany, & Saratoga
8/10 Good
"The unit itself is very nice and has many modern touches. We loved the gaming setup and enjoyed all the modern touches. The kitchen and bathroom are really well done and made our stay enjoyable. The surrounding area/neighbors are not the best. The parking is in an adjacent medical center lot and you have to walk by neighbors who threw things at us and generally spent the entire time outside. This is also along a main road and the building shakes often from the trucks driving by,."
"We only stayed for a few days visiting family. The property has been beautifully renovated. We really enjoyed our stay. Christina our host was very accomodating! "
5th and Grand Lovingly Restored Brownstone Troy NY Unit 2
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication with the owner/manager was quick and professional. The only downside is the location- some loitering around and not as safe. When people stayed at the apartment below we could hear them late at night. Not a huge deal, as we were mostly there alone. We’ll definitely come back. "
