"Historical B&B in a beautiful location on the Mohawk River, we had a great stay here. The place is filled with awesome antiques acquired by proprietors John and Pam over 30 years. The inn dates back to the 1800's and four U.S. Presidents have stayed here. Located 22 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack and 45 minutes from Lake George, we loved being able to explore the area and return to this quiet inn. "The unit itself is very nice and has many modern touches. We loved the gaming setup and enjoyed all the modern touches. The kitchen and bathroom are really well done and made our stay enjoyable. The surrounding area/neighbors are not the best. The parking is in an adjacent medical center lot and you have to walk by neighbors who threw things at us and generally spent the entire time outside. This is also along a main road and the building shakes often from the trucks driving by,."

"Clean, had all the amenities we needed and communication with the owner/manager was quick and professional. The only downside is the location- some loitering around and not as safe. When people stayed at the apartment below we could hear them late at night. Not a huge deal, as we were mostly there alone. We’ll definitely come back. "

"Everything about the property was perfect exactly as listed . Close to the fun downtown area but far enough away that the neighborhood seems pretty rough, but hey it’s Albany. The stay was awesome and if I ever come back this way I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again. "
