The floors are NOT flat but you get used to it pretty quickly. Very clean and sunny apartment. It has a decently stocked kitchen and washer/dryer (very handy on a long trip). It’s a great location for us and we would be happy to stay here again.
We were in town for my son to participate in a wedding in Troy. The location is very central to restaurants, grocery and shopping. The check-in and entry/exit of the property was very clear and easy. James, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. He really went the extra mile and it was very appreciated.
We had a nice stay in this apartment over a long weekend in September. The unit is nicely renovated. It was very clean. The furnishings and furniture were in good shape and were comfortable. Lots of towels, also in good shape. Extra bedding/pillows were provided as well. Check in was a breeze. Checkout was a breeze. Overall the unit is a simple space and our group of five enjoyed our stay.
Exactly as described, comfortable stay for myself and my family and convenient location with plenty of free on street parking, as we were in town for a wedding and to visit family.
Stayed here after a pipe collapsed in my own home, so this was local. Nice little apartment to stay at. Wonderful contact with the owner! I will stay here again if I need somewhere local!
