Nice kitchen. Berlin was a cute town with great food. I would definitely recommend. We will stay there when coming back to the area."

There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine."

The house does have the capacity of 7 berths — 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with lower full-size bed — but the bedrooms are rather small and the living room and kitchen both have limited space. The lack of working washer and dryer in the unit was a real negative impact on stay because we packed with the expectation of being able to wash swimsuits and clothes during our stay. I wish we had heeded the other reviews. They are accurate. The sink in master still doesnt work. The master bath door doesnt close. The vacuums are broken. "We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...
