"Slightly old"

"Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast but we were there on a 60 deg day and the heat was blasting in the room. We couldn't turn it off and were sweating all night. I had called to ask about turning it down and they said it wasn't possible as the A /C wasn't yet working. If it wasn't for that, the stay would be 5/5"

"One word: Disappointing. Had to pay for parking, no breakfast offered as part of the stay. Not even a water bottle in the room. The worse part though was the room itself, the shelving lining where the fridge was at was falling apart and peeling, the bathroom was pretty ugly and small. The only real redeeming part is the view from my room of downtown was nice but outside of that, unless you’re in a pinch, spend a little extra for a nicer hotel "

"Was a little noisy in the morning. But, it’s in the middle of downtown Chicago. Restaurant adjacent to hotel is excellent for breakfast. "

"I went down for breakfast at 7.30 am when I returned an hour later someone had been in my room my reservation strongly states that I'm leaving checkout is at 12:00 why was a hair dryer in my chair that I don't use and the one for the room is in the closet. I didn't appreciate it at all. "

"I would not recommend this property. It is very loud. The shower head dripped on the metal pan in the base of the shower all day and night. Additionally, the room is very dark."

"Excellent location close to everything, no problems with cleanliness or anything. It did feel a bit no frills but the price was very reasonable so no complaints. "
