"This motel was our first night in the US after a 10 hour flight and 3 hour drive. It was OK.. A bit tired, very noisy aircon but very pleasant staff and the breakfast option was welcome. It is convenient for Tallulah Falls and Gorge which is why we stayed."

"It was a very nice place for a small group. Everything was as advertised, clean and cozy.Only one minor issue was getting into the gravel driveway up the slope coming from the north and turning left into the driveway. It's easier coming from the south and turning right.Very happy overall. Would recommend. Will consider again if I happen to be in the area."

"This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway without kids! This place was so cute and cozy. It was super clean. We got there after dark and they made sure there was a light on inside for us. The garden had several solar lights as well that made it easy to see. It was close to the downtown area which has a bunch of cool places to eat and shops to visit. The house was pretty much only 15 min from the other towns close by. She recommended the blue hound BBQ, which was amazing, and the Tiger Mountain Winery, which was also amazing. We will for sure return to do more hiking in the area!"

"The Sparrows Nest was fantastic! We (8 people total) stayed here for a weekend so my now husband and I could get married at the state park near by and it was an excellent choice. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house itself was gorgeous and clean and had great views of the surrounding mountains. We’ve already discussed staying here again in the future for a potential (leisurely) hiking trip, so I definitely recommend! "
