"The sweetest little jewel box!The pictures truly do not do this little house justice. It is absolutely adorable, incredibly warm and cozy, and you can tell so much thought and care went into every detail.We stayed with another couple, and at one point some of their kids came by to visit, so we had a full house for a couple of hours. It was so much fun sitting around watching football, laughing, and enjoying the house together. Even with a houseful, it was comfortable and welcoming.The view is just lovely, and we especially enjoyed the little side porch. It was the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and take it all in. The linens and towels were first-class, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The host did such a wonderful job of thinking of everything we could possibly need — and then adding thoughtful extras on top of that. She was also fantastic about communicating with us before our arrival, which made everything so easy.The location was another huge plus. It’s so close to downtown, and since the weather was beautiful, we were able to easily walk into town. The neighborhood was lovely, too. The neighbors were so friendly — everyone waved and spoke as we walked by.We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. This is one of those places that feels special the minute you walk through the door. Five stars all the way! "

"The creek side home was perfect for our anniversary! It was very clean, had extras in the kitchen, and wonderful relaxing hot tub. It was close to downtown, yet felt very secluded. Clayton is a fun town with lots of restaurants and plenty of activities nearby."

"I lived in Rabun County for 20 years and was returning home for my son's wedding. Therefore, I knew exactly where this property was. But I was still surprised by the house! This house represents old mountain living to tee! From the screened front porch with it's comfortable seating, the claw foot tubs in each bathroom, to the authentic old country kitchen that includes a running antique fridge and all the dish ware I remember from my own grandma's kitchen. Being in the middle of Clayton there is easy access to Main Street shopping and eats, and short drives to waterfalls and hiking. Thank you, Ronnie for offering such a wonderful house!"

"The location was perfect, the outdoor spaces were lovely and had very pretty views (bring bug spray). The house was absolutely charming and so well appointed. Clayton is an adorable town and this location was absolutely perfect. The ONLY comment I would add is that the main floor bedroom does not have a door leading into the kitchen. Not the end of the world but it would have been nice not to have to streak past the doorway after a shower. :-). Host was helpful and friendly."

"We stayed here before but it must be under new ownership or management because the place was nicer than before. Downtown Clayton is awesome and this is walking distance to it all. We’ll definitely stay here again!"
