"The check-in process was terrible. There was a wedding going on and the music was blaring. There was a long line up waiting to check-in. When it was finally our turn, I could not hear the staff due to the music being so loud. This was very off putting from the moment we arrived. The next morning my daughter said that she couldn’t sleep due to late night noise from guests (it’s safe to assume that they were wedding guests). "

"Great value for the money on short notice, only complaint at all was the lack of enough hot water, not sure why that was."

"This is a great hotel, well worth the extra cost. The rooms are extremely clean, AC works, beds are comfy and rooms are quiet. If you have kids the water park is awesome to keep them entertained. Its close to lots of other amenities aswell. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Staff on arrival very welcoming. My issue, however, is that I now have two charges on my credit card - one for the room rate and deposit, and a second one for the room rate. This should not be happening. "
