Great facilties, clean and spacious.

However, I was disappointed that the property manager said I had booked the room for two adults and one infant, and because I had a 11 year old child I was charged an additional £50.

I wasnt happy I had to pay the extra amount, and think that there was an error between Expedia and the guest house when booking was made. The booking included a 11 year old child, not a baby. Our stay was faultless, and I really don't think the pictures online do it justice. We were given a warm welcome, allowed to check-in early and were allocated a beautiful space, complete with a separate living area and indoor jacuzzi.
We were on the ground floor and had direct access to the well-looked after pool. Despite being next to the pool and restaurant, there were very little disturbances and it still felt private.
My only minor point is that the wifi wasn't great and the jacuzzi was very temperamental (but we weren't expecting a jacuzzi at all so I can't complain too much).
Overall, a great stay from start to finish, and excellent value for money. You won't regret booking this place! "
