The hotel offers excellent accommodations for those seeking to enjoy the beaches of Fortaleza. Right across the street from various beach clubs, the hotel provides a wonderful continental breakfast and professional, courteous service from all its staff. And it´s only a 15-minute drive to downtown Fortaleza!

Good beach hotel

Great location very close to the beach. Sad that their beach club is quite far from the hotel, directly opposite to the hotel is another, rather bad club. Hotel is in good shape, with the usual flaws to be expected in Brasil, eg. that they only have two elevators that are not connected which makes them highly inefficient (both elevators going to the same floor instead of just one). Also strange that you have to pay for each coffee capsule consumed in the room. Most staff at the breakfast was just standing around chitchatting with each other, shift could be run with half of the employees... Breakfast delicious with many options and variety.

Good beach hotel but could be better

So the overall experience was good… great breakfast and great restaurant. The room was clean but the bathroom fan would leak water every time it was turned on… don’t know why. AC was great… but I also never got my hotels.com VIP silver bonuses… such as free drinks or discount to park so that’s why it left me lacking… paid for extras and didn’t get them.

The hotel is across the street from Prai do Futuro beach. They have their own large beach club 2 blocks down the street with umbrellas, chairs, pool and beverage and food service. We loved the beach and club and we spent all day there. The hotel is modern with good air conditioning. And affordable. At night there are 2 outdoor restaurants across the street. Otherwise you will need to take a taxi to Beira Mar beach for 5 dollars and there are plenty of bars and restaurants over there. Or to the Rio Mar mall for the hsrd rock cafe. We enjoyed our 5 day stay and will return.

This hotel is a 4 star . I don’t understand the 9.2 evaluation is was showing on line . The staff is not friendly at all . The food is not that good. There were dirty dishes with left over food left at the stairs for days . It was starting to smell garbage. The area around the hotel has nothing to offer after 5:30 pm . There are no restaurants or places to go . Either you take a taxi and go to a different area or you are stuck at the hotel. Not a good idea to walk at night . I wish I had found a honesty, complete review before I went there . If I ever go back, I would stay at Meireles /beira mar area .

O hotel é ótimo. RECEPÇÃO: ótima recepção. Funcionários bem atenciosos e cuidadosos. Tem que fazer um cadastro de cada hóspede no check-in. QUARTO: quarto com a cama bem aconchegante .a cama é bem macia o banheiro também muito bom inclusive vem com um secador . Ótimo trabalho das camareiras deixando o quarto bem limpo e cheiroso. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: café da manhã nota 1000 ótimo café da manhã com muita variedade com frios ,pães ,bolos muita coisa . Boa estrutura, porém deixou a desejar.

O café da manhã estava bom, bem servido. O nosso quarto tinha uma cama extremamente dura, minha esposa acordou com dores por conta disso e os travesseiros bastante desconfortáveis. O shampoo e condicionador oferecidos, eram de baixíssima qualidade e cheiro desagradável. Fora isso a estrutura do hotel é boa, o Beach park é bom também. Mas pelos motivos citados, a nota dele nao vai ser muito boa. Além do box do banheiro estar com bastante bolor.

Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel e essa vez foi a pior, minha reserva foi feita a mais de 10 meses e ao entrar no quarto não tinha a cama extra aí fui reclamar resolveram, banheiro com mal cheiro pia entupida, a limpeza péssima, monte de cabelo pelo chão, pratos sujos pelos corredores, crianças jogando bola na área da piscina, crianças comendo na recepção uma bagunça. Sim fizeram um reforma de pintura e os móveis do quarto tudo respingado.

Personnel attentionné et à l'écoute Petit déjeuner très bon, qualité des produits et du service Hôtel agréable en famille Le complexe attenant n'est pas mal non plus pour qui souhaite se divertir. Dans ce complexe vous aurez 2 piscines extérieures avec jeux pour enfants, une piscine payante à débordement, la possibilité de vous restaurer en bord de mer, d'écouter de la musique, des concerts. C'est assez festif, familial. L'hôtel en contrepartie est assez calme avec qqs événements le wd . Les chambres sont spacieuses avec en général une terrasse. L'espace sport devrait être rénové et agrandi car il est petit pour la capacité d'hébergement Les jacuzzi sont agréables et les horaires jusqu'à tard le soir permettent d'en profite L'hôtel est totalement non fumeur Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Les draps et serviettes sont changés quotidiennement, ce qui est agréable avec des enfants, la plage et la piscine C'est un joli hôtel que je recommande
