O hotel está bem decadente, quartos velhos, instalações antigas, apesar de ser all inclusive a qualidade da comida caiu muito, já foi bom no passado hj já não voltaria. Nem o check out late pelo menos uma hora a pessoa do balcão atendeu foi intransigente. Único ponto positivo a praia em frente.

No geral, a experiência foi boa. Pontos positivo: cordialidade da equipe, fui atendida quando precisei; a comida apesar de simples era muito bem feita e muito gostosa; gostei do clima da fazendinha; quartos extremamente espaçosos e boa limpeza. Pontos negativos: piscina apesar de enorme, achei mal cuidada; quase não houve programações enquanto estivemos lá, tanto para adultos quanto para crianças; fazendinha achei que teria mais animais; algumas áreas de Resort pareciam abandonadas como a sala de jogos. No geral, foi bom pra descansar, mas as crianças ficaram um pouco entediadas. Mas é um bom Resort para quem tá procurando um all inclusive mais Low Cost com boas acomodações e comida gostosa.

É um resort que se orgulha, com razão, de oferecer serviço all inclusive. É fato, há comida e bebida em praticamente todas as horas (só não há na madrugada). Se a busca for por fartura: é o lugar certo. Não posso dizer o mesmo sobre dois pontos, que podem melhorar, para justificar a relação custo-benefício: atendimento e qualidade e variedade de comidas e bebidas. Sobre o atendimento: pela equipe ser muito jovem (e, praticamente, inexperiente) não têm resolutividade e o fator hospitalidade dos mesmos não é das melhores; são gentis, mas não são resolutivos. Sobre a qualidade dos alimentos, por muito pouco, poderiam ter um cardápio mais variado, com melhor tempero e melhores sabores. Talvez falte alguém com um tempero diferencial na cozinha. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e amplos. A equipe da limpeza, sempre muito gentil e prestativa. A equipe de recreação também muito ágil. A piscina é incrível e há uma praia com acesso particular.

Bom resort. Preço caro pelo produto . Não percebi nada muito especial. Achei o local largado e precisando de um paisagismo ou reforma. Me pareceu descuidado. Comida gostosa. Esperava mais entretenimento a noite e só tinham voz e violão tocando as mesmas músicas repetidamente. Acho que faltou um toque especial. O resort tem potencial. Quartos grandes, praia bela, comida gostosa e espero que haja uma reforma e retornarei.

O hotel é bem legal. Podiam melhorar um pouco a limpeza da piscina (sei que tinha bastante gente) e a alimentação. A comida estava sempre fria, mesmo logo após abrir o restaurante.

No geral foi ótima , comida muito boa , atendimento excelente, funcionários solícitos , cama confortável , ar condicionado funcionando bem Só tenho uma queixa , o espelho d’água ( a piscina de 20 cm de profundidade ) estava muito , muito suja, com muito lodo; como tenho criança de 1 ano , ele chorava pra ir pra lá , mas as condições estavam péssimas . Muito bom para um hotel 3 estrelas. Fomos achando que seria inferior, mas até me surpreendeu. Muito farto de comidas e bebidas. Para o valor que cobram, esta de bom tamanho. Não aconselho que sejam muito exigente em relação a marca das bebidas, ou tipo de pratos servidos, tendo em vista o preço cobrado e tendo em vista a classificação ser 3 estrelas. Muito bom o custo benefício. Quartos muito amplos, confortáveis e atendentes muito atenciosos
