There was no parking space available when I clearely requested parking space. I had to pay on top of the 200$ already paid. Hotels like this rent out For 60$ back home!

Localização excelente, muito próximo a praia. O primeiro quarto que fiquei, no 14º andar (1407) não estava com o chuveiro esquentando. Solicitei troca de quarto, o que foi atendido. Aí sim deu certo. Quarto necessita de reparo nas pinturas, principalmente do banheiro. Poderia ser bem mais cuidado. No mais, deu tudo certo.

Minha estadia foi de convalescença de uma pequena cirurgia. O Hotel é muito bom. Pessoal gentil e acolhedor. O café da manhã não tem nenhuma variedade de proteína exceto ovo e salsicha. As toalhas e lençóis são de qualidade A localização é muito boa. Em resumo a estadia foi muito boa.

Custo benefício excelente. Café da manhã muito bom, almoço buffet preço excelente para o local, a uma quadra lateral da Av. Beira Mar. Quarto amplo com mesa e 2 cadeiras, difícil na maioria dos hotéis, normalmente só tem 1 cadeira na bancada.

O hotel é antigo, mas reformado. O quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, cama boa, o ar condicionado ficava batendo o vento no rosto. O café da manhã não variava muito, fiquei 3 dias e só mudou os sabores de bolo. E tivemos que pedir 3 vezes para fazerem a limpeza. A localização é ótima.

No check in tive que levar minha bagagem sem o auxílio de qualquer funcionário, pois não tinha funcionário para fazer esse serviço. Em relação ao estacionamento, é desagradável, desconfortável e perigoso, a depender do horário, ter que descer do carro para interfonar para o funcionário abrir a porta do estacionamento.

Estadia incrível, excelente hotel, atendimento excelente desde a Sabrina da Tapioca do café da manhã, muito simpática e educada, uma ótima profissional, até o Marcondes da recepção que já conheco a bastante tempo, entretanto todos o pessoal da equipe está de parabéns. Quartos confortáveis, cama excelente com roupas prêmios, travesseiros super Macio, banheiro de bom tamanho com ducha muito boa. Café da Manhã dispensa maiores comentários. Muito bom. A mais ou menos 100 metros da Areia da praia e a mais ou 500 metros da Feirinha do Meireles.
