"The staff were very helpful and friendly, including Nancy who checked me in. The hotel has a great vibe, comfortable space near the front desk to relax and read, and have a complimentary whiskey. The shower had great water pressure and nice, hot water. WiFi was good, tv had complimentary Netflix if that’s your thing. Good location if you want to stay in Ciudad Vieja; right near the crossroads of the two main pedestrian-only streets with lots of cafes within a five minute walk (or less). The cafe right across the street has good espresso and medialunas as well. I would definitely stay again."
