Beautiful enstancia on the banks of the river Plata. Excellent rooms, local beaches at hand, pools, spa, restaurant on site. Bird-watcher's dream; very calm and peaceful.

Could be perfect if not for the kids & mosquitoes

As I was trying to relax during the weekend, I was unpleasantly surprised by the amount of children, allowed by their parents, to run around and scream. A other negative part is that the outdoors were mosquito-infested which made it impossible to enjoy walks outside. Other than that, it was a beautiful property.

Incrível. Afastado de Montevidéu. O hotel é um recanto para descansar. Perfeito para quem quer sair da correria da cidade. Localizado às margens do Rio da Prata.

Großes Landhotel im Kolonialstil, sehr schön gelegen etwa 20 km außerhalb von Montevideo am Meer. Es gibt auch einen schönen Pool. Wir hatten das Hotel fast für uns alleine, so dass alles etwas verlassen wirkte. Abendessen war sehr gut, das Frühstück in Ordnung.

Un lugar especial con habitaciones comodisimas

Lugar típico, verde, sobre el río, con atardeceres espectaculares. Habitación de época, espaciosa y completa. La comida realmente excelente, una cena exquisita. El desayuno digamos que casi correcto.

It's a wonderful and beautiful place with huge, comfortable rooms. The only issue is the restaurant. You may expect it would be very expensive. However, the service nor the food are up to its price. That can be a problem since there are few food options nearby. Apart from that, the hotel and its facilites are exceptional.

Окунись в жизнь на ранчо

Красивая территория. Позаботились о досуге. Библиотека, бильярд, теннис. Из минусов: крайняя удаленность от всего, моря нет от слова вообще, нет разнообразия в меню. По английски говорит только директор. Ну и лично наша ошибка- не нужно приезжать сюда более чем на 2 дня. Мы же прожили неделю, Я заскучала. Из плюсов: приветливый и быстрый персонал (а это прям редкость для латиноамериканских стран, не любят они спешить), красивая территория, интересные интерьеры. В общем, хотите попасть на слегка потрепанное, но очень колоритное ранчо- вам сюда.

Bello lugar muy próximo a Montevideo

Hotel de campo muy hermoso a muy corta distancia de Montevideo. En general una buena experiencia. Está muy bien mantenido. Quizás debería mejorar la atención del personal que se nota inexperiente. La persona de atención en recepción debería ser más simpática. Por momentos la recepción quedaba sin atención. Debería haber un llamador para casos como ese.

Super option down south of Uruguay

If you are on to: horseback riding at the beach and bushes by the rio de La Plata; beach and pool in the summer, great rooms and super confortable, old Uruguayan living and dining rooms, fantastic surrounding area, there is only one pleace close enough to Montevideo .... La Baguala...!

El lugar es hermoso, la habitación y las instalaciones son de primera Lo malo a las 21:30 se apaga todo y no hay ni siquiera recepción hasta las 8:30 momento en el que se desayuna Sin duda volveríamos

El restaurante a la noche cierra muy temprano sobretodo siendo verano, 21.15. De todas formas a las 21.40 cuando fuimos nos lo informaron y no atendieron igual. El cobrar cubiertos estando hospedados allí nos pareció un exceso. En general todo precioso y muy recomendable, sin duda volveremos
