Marisol, hotel manager and Lucas, rising hotel star went above and beyond to accommodate our every need (which were plenty!) My husband and I stayed there over a week and traveled to various locations from this hotel. Honestly, we could’ve just stayed here. They were so fabulous and were very patient as we did not speak Spanish. Food was excellent. Drinks were excellent - a beautiful, beautiful hotel with exceptional guest services and extremely friendly staff. Highly highly recommend staying here!

I greatly enjoyed my time at Costanero Hotel Montevideo and would definitely stay there again. The staff is amazing and made me feel welcomed the second I walked through the door. Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the help they provided not only with hotel matters, but also in helping me explore Montevideo. For example, Guillermo and Max had great ideas for activities and restaurants, and can also help with arranging transportation. I had a great conversation with the bartender Eva, who went above and beyond to help me with my Spanish and with understanding the local culture. Additionally, the building was beautiful and well-maintained. The room and pool were perfect. The custodial staff did a great job cleaning the room. Staying at this hotel is a huge part of my unforgettable trip to Uruguay and I highly recommend it.
