We stayed in the triple room with our adult son. Great and quiet, clean hostel and bonus to have the drying room for all our wet rain gear and boots

Clean, modern facilities with spacious common area downstairs, full kitchen, friendly and helpful staff, great nature access right out the front door. Easy stay for those less familiar with hostels.

Well located hostel, friendly staff
Generally speaking fine. A well designed hostel. A friendly team. Greater attention to detail on the housekeeping side would be good For instance soap dispensers and towels remained empty despite prompts and some kitchen equipment was depleted and defective.

Staff were helpful, the atmosphere with other guests was good, the drying room was useful and effective (and much needed!), the location is great.

Perfect location. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Could be better in terms of cleanliness, e.g. no soap in toilets, dining room floor covered in food and left for several days etc

Great place to stay
Fantastic place to stay, staff so friendly, very clean , no complaints, I felt very safe staying here whilst working at local hospital, also liked the beer you sell.

Fab friensly hostel in a great location.
We spent a night at the hostel before hiking uo Ben Nevis. The hostel was great snd sevice friendly. The location is great for an early start up the mountain too :) Wpukd definitely stay here again.

Ben Nevis Views
Really great place. Amazing views and possibly the best youth hostel. We stayed 2 nights to explore the area. The path to Ben Nevis is opposite and we had a view of the mountain range from our room. Couldn't be better.

Great for Ben Nevis Hike
This hostel is a no frills stay with in a great location for anyone looking to hike Ben Nevis with the trail starting just the opposite side of the road. The bunk beds were clean and each level had it's own light and plugs.

Lovely clean private room en-suite - Fe on reception was so welcoming and helpful. Due to current pandemic amenities are limited but impressive how the hostel are managing these.

Stunning location
The location of this place is amazing, with stunning views. As hostels go, it's definitely a step above. Nice decor, plenty of space, very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you want to explore/hike.

This is the nicest hostel I have ever been to! The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and most helpful. I was so impressed that I am going back in a couple days when I return to the area.

Superb location for Ben Nevis. We were there to do a sponsored climb for Marie Curie hospices but the awful weather conditions meant we were turned back halfway up the mountain. Still we raised a lot of money for a great cause.

There was a technical error on the website and our room had already been booked. The hostel were brilliant and managed to get us a room in a nearby b&b at no extra charge.

Beautiful hostel
This hostel has just been renovated. It is lovely inside and out. Lovely design outside and lovely inside. Comfortable clean rooms and showers and toilets. Excellent kitchen facilities.

Basic accommodation near hills
£75 too much for very basic three bunk room (in this hoste)l that was small and without furniture. En suite also minimalist but clean with hot water. Good cooked breakfast at £6.50 with competent staff. £60 would have been fairer but current inflated accommodation costs make price inevitable, especially during busy periods. Location good for hills with taxi into Fort William costing £8 each way.

Very nice staff and good facilities
The stay was lovely. The hostel is practical, clean, well divided and with plenty of space. The staff was really thoughtful and attentive to my questions and needs. Everything was working normally on the bedrooms and toilets. If you are tall, don't be on the upper bed. That's all.

TERRIVEL, o Hostel tem uma boa localização e aparenta ter uma boa estrutura. Mas… As camas são pequenas, os colchões são ruins todos e os cobertores são de tamanho infantil, dessa forma será difícil ter uma boa noite de descanso. O box é muito pequeno e apesar disso, foi impossível tomar banho, pois não havia água quente, e o garoto da recepção disse que não podia fazer nada, que iria verificar no dia seguinte. A cozinha tem uma boa estrutura, a sala de jantar e possui muitas mesas com cadeiras, pratos . Mas falta talheres. O teto do quarto é muito baixo para o beliche superior, sentado batemos com a cabeça no teto. Para a nossa entrada o quarto não foi limpo adequadamente, havia cabelos e sujeira pelo chão, pelo que vimos só trocaram a roupa de cama e tiraram os lixos. As luzes de leitura tem mal contato e ficam acendendo sozinhas, o que atrapalha também para dormir… Este foi o Hostel mais caro que ficamos em toda Escócia, e o que ficamos mais insatisfeitos, não indico por nada, tem muitos Guest Houses na cidade com valores melhores e com certeza as acomodações muito superiores.

Très beau et en face de Ben Nevis, parfait pour faire de la randonnée en montagne proche de Glenfinnan aussi (pour le pont d'Harry Potter). Adorée la cuisine commune pour cuisiner et la salle à manger est magnifique.

Sympa mais juste pour une nuit. Pas de prise électrique dans la chambre, elles sont dans le couloir. Pas de chance pour nous, un groupe d'asiatiques était au même étage que nous et nous a franchement dérangé mais autrement c'est une auberge de jeunesse comme partout
