"Overall, the room was clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. There are a few areas where some simple improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable. Parking: There are only about 12 parking spaces available. If you’re not lucky enough to grab one, you’re left searching for street parking. This is stated on the their description of the property, but not the fact that if the parking lot is full, it's nearly impossible to turn around. Door access: The modern password locks are a great feature, if they worked properly. The roadside door didn't work with our code at all, leaving us to walk around to the back to use the other door. Lighting: I counted 23 light bulbs in the room. There is no way to dim the lights, either. It’s either bright enough to perform surgery or dark enough to see only the glow of the TV. Some adjustable lighting would go a long way toward creating a more relaxing atmosphere. Water pressure: I'm pretty sure the rain was harder than the pressure coming out. Allow extra time if needing to wash your hair. Outlets: modern outlets with USB would have been a nice touch. Storage: there is no where to unpack and store clothes. The dresser that is available is filled with extra pillows, towels, blankets. It's nice having those as extra, but it takes the space of allowing clothes to be. The place is beautiful, new and convenient. Just some small details would go a long way for guests."

"Les photos sont très représentatifs. Rue tranquille, dernière maison au bout de la rue près d'un sous-bois. Court clôturé, parfait pour mes chiens. Grande terrasse et chant d'oiseau en permanence. C'était le paradis. J'ai visité tous les attraits touristes qui se faisaient avec mes chiens. La maison était juste parfaite, tout équipé même le savon pour se laver comme a l'hôtel. J'ai été voir 2 concerts a salisbury et Derhy. Environ 30 minutes et 55minutes, à proximité. Je retournerai si je dois retourner dans le coin."

"Very comfortable and well appointed house overlooking scenic views of sunsets on the water from our deck. The house was well equipped from the kitchen, bedrooms and baths ensuring you had all you would need as if you were home. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to enjoy the outdoors and the short walk to the ocean turned into a pleasant ritual for our family. Lastly the lobster pound where you can relax on the waterfront with cooked lobsters and fixings were minutes away along with great restaurants overlooking the harbor near by made the vacation more special.This was a great homebase to explore by walks nearby and to drive to the larger scenic towns as well. I'd highly recommend a stay at this property."

"Water views of the shipyard and 1 block from downtown kittery. Perfect location. Home was very clean on arrival. Beds were comfortable. Pet friendly was a bonus. Updated Kitchen had everything you would need to cook large meals. Bathrooms were also updated and clean. Perfect sized home for a family of 4 plus dog. Communication with owner was easy. They have one spot for parking which was large enough for our full size 4 door pick up truck. Will stay again."
