What a wonderful place. It was perfect for me. I had a super busy week scheduled while there and it was fantastic to come back each day, enjoy the heated pool and the quiet of the neighborhood. The 1 bedroom unit had everything i needed and then some. Whole unit was new and updated. Bed was comfy, kitchen even had some spices. The owner reached out to check on me and was lovely. I was happy to get to meet her. I have told friends about this rental and i will absolutely stay here again.

With more than 25 years teaching experience each, this has been one of the toughest dealing with all that COVID threw our way. So, we left the fellows at home and took a much needed girls trip for Spring Break!!! Sunshine, sunrises on the beach (short distance), private pool to relax the afternoon away, yummy food, walks in the park, a little retail therapy, people watching, puzzle solving, all did the soul some good!!! This property allowed us to do all of these things and was perfect! We both agreed we would enjoy coming back to this location and would even bring our spouses with us next time.

This was my second stay at Carla’s apartment. Great location close to the beach and wonderful pool and patio area as well as private patio. Owners go above and beyond and are super nice!! Looking forward to another future stay!! Highly recommend!!

This was our second time in this house. Very nicely kept. The pool allowed for an early morning swim after a neighborhood walk. Many restaurants in the area and it was a short drive to Las Olas. The owner stopped by several times to check on things, sweeping the pool deck and cleaning the second unit. She dealt with the trash cans as long as we got our trash in the cans. If we're back in Fort Lauderdale and this unit is available, we'll stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental very much. Parking is right outside the gate which makes for easy loading/unloading. The pool is also right outside your door. Publix is close as are restaurants.

I had a really nice time. I loved taking my coffee in the patio, the pool was amazing. The unit was remodeled and I truly enjoyed staying there. Additionally, Carla, the owner was extremely responsive and handle a small situation quickly and pleasantly!

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, that is very accessible to shopping, this apartment was perfect for us. Very private. It's a duplex but we rarely saw the other guests so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Great pool - it is right out the front door. The fully equipped kitchen is excellent - everything we needed for staying in and cooking. VERY comfortable bed - one of the best we've come across. Enjoyed meeting Carla, the host, who was very welcoming. Highly recommended.

loved our stay. The place was decorated so nice and clean beds were comfortable .. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies. Close to everything .. the pool was great. We sat around the pool all day and sometimes late at night. my kids went clubbing at night There was something for everyone to do . Grounds were well kept the owner was very nice and attentive . Loved los Olas beautiful town great restaurants and shops 2 miles away The Beach was very close also Very happy with our stay ..

We enjoyed our stay and overall the space worked well for us while we were working remote. The home was exactly as pictured. You do share the pool area and grill with the other rental on the property. It worked for us because the other guests were usually gone during the day when we were working. Close to beaches and great restaurants. Great place to rent if you and friends rent both places.

What a great rental! It had all the amenities you could need. The private backyard Space was so inviting. The patio and pool was outstanding we enjoyed it very much. It was very private and secure. The Manager/owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries. The place was spotless, very clean. It was a short distance to the beach. We ended up cooking a lot on the grill once we discovered a fabulous meat market The Wild Fork and a Seafood place called The Fish Peddler East, the fish might seem pricey but worth it. And for special cookies and cupcakes you will not go wrong with Sweeter Days Bake Shop it’s in the same shopping lot as Wild Fork. If we were to come back to Fort Lauderdale again we would definitely come here again.
